Biography
Born April 25, 1970 in Moscow.
In 1995 he graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University, zoologist.
1994: All-Russian Research Institute of Fisheries and Oceanography
From 1994 to 2009 - laboratory assistant, junior researcher, researcher, laboratory head, deputy director, first deputy director, deputy director - head of the field hydrobiology department of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "All-Russian Research Institute of Fisheries and Oceanography" (VNIRO).
2002: Defending a dissertation
In 2002 he defended his thesis on "Crustacea Decapoda of the Eurasian seas of the Polar Basin."
2009: Federal Fisheries Agency
In 2009, he joined the Federal Fisheries Agency. By order of the Federal Agency for Fishery No. 618-l dated July 13, 2009, he was appointed head of the Fisheries Organization Department of the Federal Agency for Fisheries based on the results of the competition.
2010: Deputy Head of the Federal Fisheries Agency
By order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 7, 2010 No. 1488-r, he was appointed deputy head of the Federal Agency for Fisheries.
