A graduate of the Lyceum at MEPhI and the Faculty of Cybernetics MEPhI. During his studies at the university, he developed his own e-commerce project in the B2C electronics segment. After several years in the independent Internet business, he chose a corporate career and began working as an implementation engineer in a large system integrator, where he gained experience in introducing large-scale IT solutions in Russia and abroad. There he went from an engineer to a project manager, and then the director of the project office.
Forward joined the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for systematizing and improving the quality of business monitoring and management processes. Today, in the role of executive director, Maxim is responsible for the strategic development of Forward and oversees the company's key projects.
At the same time, Maxim oversees technological startups: he acts as a tracker and strategic advizer in the early stages, helps foundations with product architecture, operating systems and go-to-market, pointwise connects as a board observer/advisor.
