As of February 2023, the company has about 2,000 employees working in breweries throughout Russia, from St. Petersburg to Khabarovsk. Many of them work in "field" mode. They do not appear in the office every day - for a long time this greatly complicated the exchange of HR documents with the team. Therefore, in 2020, the company decided to participate in an experiment by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation to translate personnel records management into a figure.

To implement the project, the HRlink HR EDO platform was chosen. It supports several types of signatures: UNEP, using an account on the Public services portal or through the State Key mobile application. In addition, HRlink can be quickly deployed in the company, it is possible to customize the service for specific business needs, and the platform team provides operational technical support and quickly solves all emerging issues.

The transfer of employees was carried out by sprints. As of February 2023, the HRlink service uses 97% of the OPH LLC team. Thanks to the personnel EDO, the company's costs for paper, printing, mail and electricity were reduced, and personnel specialists of OPH LLC can work remotely.
