2011: Implementation of SAP BPC MS version 7.5

BearingPoint has implemented a project to implement a consolidation, budgeting and corporate reporting system based on SAP BPC. The organizational scope of the project included the head office of the company and 30 subsidiaries in 8 regions of the Russian Federation. The implementation of an integrated planning and consolidation solution based on a single business platform has achieved the following results:

• Improving the efficiency of the financial and economic unit of ROSVODOKANAL Group of Companies by introducing software to automate the processes of transformation, consolidation, budgeting and monitoring of financial indicators of ROSVODOKANAL;
• Ensuring transparency of the Group's budgeting and consolidated reporting processes according to the standard; IFRS
• Reduction of the time for preparation of consolidated statements;
• Transition from quarterly to monthly IFRS consolidated reporting procedures. The system has passed QA from SAP AG;
