Nord Clan learned about the KitBot service at Nissan Mänufekchuring RUS LLC in the fall of 2021. Initially, NissanBot was created as a tool for quick access to the company's services (work schedule and delivery; Ordering references information on RFP, insurance, etc.), as well as for monitoring and automated monitoring of employee health data under the new work schedule.

For several months, Bot served as an "e-doctor," asking questions and receiving answers from a group of employees moving to a new work schedule. This interaction process with the employee helped unload HR specialists, since the bot helps:

  • Quickly receive and process survey results automatically
  • Simplify communication between the employee and the company as a whole.

In January 2022, the idea arose to start using Telegram as a communication platform with employees. Colleagues from Nord Clan suggested not creating a separate channel, but using the capabilities of NissanBot mailing. This decision fully justified itself:

  • colleagues did not have to connect to the new channel, all connected users automatically received mailings and informed colleagues;
  • in a month, the group managed to increase from 200 people to almost 1800 (which is almost 90% of the company's employees!);
  • mailings have become a unified tool for sending various types of messages - text, messages with links, attached files, etc.;
  • now in the context of remote work and the lack of corporate mail for most employees, NissanBot has become the best communication tool;
  • the data remains confidential: if the administrators prohibit sending it, no one will be able to share the message with third parties and even take a screenshot.

We conducted a survey among all our subscribers how convenient it is to use NissanBot. Almost 90% of users appreciated the convenience and functionality of the bot, 60% regularly read our news and for this they go to NissanBot, - said Olga Timofeeva, HR and General Affairs Manager of Nissan Manufacking RUS LLC.

According to her, the bot menu allows 2 clicks to receive information on all working and organizational moments with details and contacts. Employees quickly receive the necessary information, and the load on HR has been halved.

Separately, I would like to note the convenience of the administrative panel - we work in it every day, everything is simple and understandable. We also want to especially note the responsiveness and constant assistance of Nord Clan employees in managing and setting the bot, - added Olga Timofeeva.
