Nord Clan's revenue from the implementation of projects based on AI solutions in Russian companies in 2024 increased by 363% - from 52 million rubles in 2023 to 241 million rubles excluding VAT in 2024. This information was shared with TAdviser by representatives of Nord Clan on September 5, 2025.

According to them, the growth of the indicator is due to the successful implementation of Nord Clan AI solutions for industrial enterprises and transport companies, including Alabuga-Volot LLC, NPO Akonit JSC, Chamzinskaya Poultry Farm JSC, Petrovich STD, MZ5 Group, St. Petersburg Auto Plant, Tutu.ru, Tricolor LLC and other major market players. The demonstrated economic impact of the implementation and customer recommendations have become a key driver of revenue growth in the AI direction in 2024.

Nord Clan's portfolio of AI solutions includes three key products: ML Sense - an AI platform for product quality control; KitBot is an omnichannel platform for automating recruiting, communications and business processes; RDetector is a service for calculating passenger traffic, video surveillance according to PP No. 969, dispatching passenger transport enterprises. All solutions are integrated into the existing IT infrastructure without interrupting operations.

Revenue growth by 35% to 934.16 million rubles

In 2024, the IT company Nord Clan, which develops software, received 934.16 million rubles in revenue. The growth compared to the previous year, when the figure was 690.54 million rubles, amounted to 35.3%. Such data are provided in the accounting documentation, which TAdviser got acquainted with at the end of April 2025.

The cost of sales year-on-year rose by a third - from 436.89 million rubles to 582.94 million rubles. Revenues from the sale of products, goods, works and services increased by 16.7%, amounting to 819.54 million rubles against 702.12 million rubles in 2023. Payments to suppliers (contractors) for raw materials, materials, works and services increased from 96.33 million rubles to 138.41 million rubles, that is, by 43.7%. Expenses in connection with the remuneration of workers amounted to 636.5 million rubles, which is about a quarter more than in 2023 (513.61 million rubles).

Gross profit in 2024 reached 351.22 million rubles against 253.64 million rubles a year earlier, which corresponds to an increase of 38.5%. Profit from sales jumped by 68.6% - from 82.26 million rubles to 138.69 million rubles. Profit before tax, as well as net profit, increased year-on-year by 81.7% - from 75.36 million rubles to 136.93 million rubles.

Nord Clan's commercial expenses for the year doubled, reaching 56.38 million rubles against 27.95 million rubles in 2023. Management expenses rose by 8.9% - from 143.44 million rubles to 156.15 million rubles. Accounts receivable increased from 78.21 million rubles to 121.18 million rubles, that is, by 54.9%. Accounts payable rose by 27.7%, amounting to 103.39 million rubles against 80.97 in 2023. Net assets as of December 31, 2024 are indicated in the amount of 202.65 million rubles, while a year earlier they were estimated at 112.19 million rubles.^[1]
