Creation of a single automated platform for management of commercial products for B2C and B2B customers of the Customer within the framework of the subscription model.

RBC is one of the media holdings in Russia. As part of the strategic development, the customer needed to introduce new methods of monetization, in particular, the model of providing a subscription service for the development of both entrepreneurs and TOP management of RBC Pro and the main site.

For RBC, it was important not only to get solutions for accounting for subscriptions - it was necessary to ensure integration with the current - IT landschaft, automation of internal business processes maintenance and maintenance, the implementation of the platform for marketing in real. time It was also important to be able to add and combine services in a short time and by internal specialists. The solution was chosen as a single platform for the provision of services, Forward including the following components:,,, SP Billing,, CRM,, PC OC, BPM DMP. From April to September 2020, the analytics stage was carried out, at which the list of products required for delivery, as well as the list of migration and integration activities were approved. Work on the project continued until April 2021, which made it possible to launch the solution into commercial operation from May.

The project consisted of the following stages:

As part of the project, the Forward product line is used to ensure an almost complete cycle of working with customers according to the "subscription" model. The work was complicated by the need to move to an enterprise landscape with a data bus connecting target IT systems. During the implementation of the project, several options for the solution architecture were worked out, key processes were structured and digitized. As a result, RBC can flexibly offer various services, including subscription. A system of personal offers and marketing campaigns has also been implemented, which allows stimulating target customers in accordance with configured algorithms.
