During the project, the following tasks were implemented:

• Optimization of the process of budgeting and collection of management reports for more than 70 LUKOIL Group companies that are members of the budget planning group;
• Integration of ISS "Development of Budgets and Collection of Management Reports" into the ILS landscape of LUKOIL Group, which uses various production planning systems and accounting systems to automatically obtain a number of planned and actual indicators.

The organizational framework of the project includes the following business segments of LUKOIL Group:

• Exploration and production (Russian/foreign),
• Refining and marketing (Russian/foreign/petrochemical), other activities.

At the time of the budget process, 900 active users work in the system.
