Documents of various formats and ages are planned for digitization, from the 1920s (in some, special cases - documents of the mid-late XIX century and early XX century) and up to the present day. The quantity is determined according to the digitization plan, which is approved at the beginning of each calendar year. On average, we are talking about volumes of 50,000 - 60,000 sheets per year.

Among the most valuable documents for which it is planned to create digital copies, for example, documents of archival funds of the 1920s and 1930s, is the period of the establishment of Soviet power, the active inclusion of the city in the life of the region. Large-format documents in the affairs of the Surgut Executive Committee (R-3) during the period of rapid growth of our city in the 1960s and 1970s.
