Ensuring transparency of indicators of work of staff of sales department and minimization of a human factor in work with clients, creation of the uniform customer base of the company and increase in productivity of work of employees with business documents was main objectives of implementation of Terrasoft CRM in the company.
During the CRM project adaptation of a system under specifics of work of TEKTA GROUP was executed: absolutely new section which allows, in addition to graphic display of fund of objects (apartments or commercial premises) was developed, to keep track of the status of objects at purpose of demonstrations for potential clients.
For convenience of staff of the company electronic and printing commercial document management was implemented. In Terrasoft CRM account of all main business documents is kept, a system helps to organize process of vising of documents, to create the necessary document, using templates, messages the approved payment schedule.
For effective communication with clients in the company the Oktell software product which allowed to optimize acceptance of the entering addresses and to store all history of calls is implemented.
