AIS "Report" is a tool for organizing the process of collecting and consolidating reports of any complexity in organizations, including with an extensive structure. The main advantages of the system for the customer: reducing the cost of collecting reports, increasing the speed and quality of management decisions made for managers, minimizing error probabilities and ensuring the necessary level of quality of reporting data.

2023: Application of AIS "Report" in personnel accounting of budgetary organizations of Belarus

Reporting in budgetary organizations of Belarus is automated using the AIS "Report." This was announced on March 7, 2023 by BARS Group.

In the core of the automated information system "Report" there is a platform for consolidation of reporting "Vody" from "BARS Group."

AIS "Report"

In order to increase the efficiency of spending funds of the republican and local budgets, the Government of the Republic of Belarus adopted Resolution No. 125 of February 15, 2023 "On automation of accounting for the number of employees and indicators of the activities of budgetary organizations."

According to the document, budgetary and other organizations whose personnel are equal in remuneration to employees of budgetary organizations must provide information on the number of employees and performance indicators on a quarterly basis using the automated information system "Report." The ruling extends its effect to relationships that have arisen since January 1, 2023.

Data will be submitted to the AIS "Report" by state archival institutions, state educational organizations that ensure the functioning of the education system, state institutions subordinate to the Ministry of Transport and Communications, state institutions subordinate to the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection (other than scientific) and related to its field of activity, organization of physical culture and sports, institutions of hydrometeorology and environmental protection, health care institutions, cultural institutions, forestry institutions, educational institutions, institutions subordinate to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food and related to its field of activity.

The project for the implementation and operation of AIS "Report" is carried out by JSC "Agency for Servicing and Reengineering."

The "Svody" platform, on the basis of which the automated information system "Report" is implemented, allows you to quickly organize the process of collecting and consolidating reports in an organization with an extensive structure and branch network of any complexity. The IT solution for March 2023 contains more than 1000 unique reporting forms, and also allows you to independently develop reports of the desired format. Consolidation and validation of reports occurs automatically, which speeds up the preparation and collection of analytical data.
