2023: Finalization of HR Document Transfer to VK HR Tek

A101 Group of Companies on March 7, 2023 announced that it had completed the transfer of personnel document management to the VK HR Tek digital platform. This allowed the developer to completely transfer to online registration of vacations and business trips, signing additional agreements with employees and other processes.

VK HR Tek is a solution for digitalizing personnel workflow processes. VK specialists are part of the expert group of the Ministry of Labor for the development of personnel electronic document management in Russia, which ensures correct compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation when transferring HR processes online.

Due to integration into the IT infrastructure of the A101 Group, the specialists of the personnel division will continue to work within the usual programs. At the same time, the ability to establish deadlines for signing documents will help to comply with the deadlines for their delivery. The point setting of attributes allows you to comply with the requirements of the legislation and regulations of the company.

This solution optimizes the work of the HR division in the context of the transition of part of the personnel to a remote mode of operation. It will also reduce the use of paper by 80% and save on courier delivery of documents. In the near future, A101 Group plans to expand the functionality of personnel electronic document management. In particular, digitize the process of registering new specialists, as well as integrate VK HR Tek with an internal portal to increase the level of interaction with employees.
