2025: Addition of Advance Report Module

The Advance Report module has appeared on the VK HR Tek personnel electronic document management platform. It is designed to automate the work with documents on travel, transport, representative and commodity expenses. The module allows employees to quickly form applications based on expenditure documents, validate checks to the Federal Tax Service and transfer information directly to the accounting department. VK (formerly Mail.ru Group) announced this on April 16, 2024.

With the help of the module, employees can recognize checks by QR codes inside the application, automatically transfer them for verification to the Federal Tax Service through the API, create advance reports in 1C and send them to the accounting department. Data from checks after verification in the Federal Tax Service is automatically transferred to the required fields of the request, and the printed form of the advance report can be signed in the VK HR Tek system.

The module also allows you to organize work with different types of expenses. The transport employee indicates manually, then the system finds the necessary tickets in the 1C directory. Commodity checks are processed in the same way - the data is extracted using a QR code and automatically added to the desired table part of the report.

The module supports data substitution, selection from existing reference books and setting up an interface for company requirements. You can configure the display of a report in 1C, match fields from a requisition to documents and items, and flexibly manage form composition and logic.

In this version of the solution, the interface has completely changed: a full-fledged personal account has appeared with widgets for working with personnel documents and not only. Depending on the role - line employee, manager or HR specialist - the user has his own set of widgets. Among them are a list of active applications, a calendar and electronic services, with which you can switch to resources that are often used by company employees. Quick actions also appeared - a panel with the most common operations such as issuing applications for vacation, business trip or ordering certificates.

In the "Working hours" section, it has become easier for managers to monitor employee absences - both planned and actual. My Calendar is a similar service for an employee. Validators have also appeared in the system, checking for weekends and holidays with support for regional calendars, and the ability to flexibly configure the process of coordinating vacation schedules.

The Personal Information section provides access to personal information, such as contacts or education information, and supports uploading photos of users from 1C. Standard integration with this system allows you to import employee data and display the organizational structure of your company.

You can flexibly set up the reconciliation route and other steps in the requisition process.
