2008: OFSA Solution Implementation

BearingPoint has completed a project to implement an OFSA-based budgeting and planning system.

In the field of cost planning, a methodology and IT solution has been developed for operating costs, capital costs, standard packages, travel expenses, expenses automobile transport , etc. In the area of profitability planning, the calculation of product profitability (interest rate and non-interest rate products) was developed based on Oracle the CashFlow system. After planning consolidation , balancing is also carried out. budgets
