2021: Implementation of "1C: ERP + PM Project Organization Management 2"
In September 2021, it became known about the completion of the project for the implementation of "1C: ERP + PM Project Organization Management 2" in Typhoon JSC.
As reported, at the time of the decision to introduce a separate specialized project management system at the enterprise accounting system , its own development was actively used. In addition, the industry RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT solution "+ 1C:ERP PM Project Organization Management 2," developed by the companies and "," was chosen to expand and facilitate the issues of planning and prioritization, planning and actual analysis of investment activities. The implementation of an automated project management system had the following objectives:
- Automation of investment activities;
- A plan of actual analysis of investment activities by compliance indicators: deadlines, in real time, labor costs on the fact of readiness, passage of the quality gate (by terms and composition of work), control of the percentage of readiness of the composition of design works included in the stages;
- Test loop check to allow the enterprise planning system to be moved to 1C platform.
- Increased productivity;
- Increase in the development of the organization in project areas;
- Systematization of project management information in a single information environment;
- Operational control over the progress and results of the projects;
- Control of loading of project commands;
- Accumulation of statistics for subsequent rationing of projects.
To achieve the goals of the project, it was necessary to implement the following tasks:
- Installation of software, including industry licenses and achievement of performance targets for the software functions used by users;
- Planning of investment projects;
- Execution of investment projects;
- Control of readiness percentage and quality gate;
- Control of labor costs for portfolio works.
The main reasons for choosing the software product "1C: ERP + PM Management of the Design Organization 2" were the issue of import substitution and the experience of using this product by other industrial enterprises. As part of the project, the end-to-end process of planning, execution and analysis of investment projects is automated.
One of the results was the optimization of the accuracy of planning for the project portfolio in terms of timing, labor intensity, as well as the creation of a basis for justifying labor intensity standards for such a difficult planning area as R&D. Within the framework of the project, 50 workplaces were automated.
