2019: Implementation "1C:PM Project Management. Module for 1C:ERP "

Since 2019, planning, accounting and control of projects of OSK 1520 LLC has been carried out in the automated system "1C:PM Project Management. Module for 1C: ERP. "

The decision to implement an automated project management system was made due to the increased number and volume of projects, the complex structure of work (subcontracting, orders to suppliers, own work), as well as the lack of consolidated information on projects. Project managers needed a convenient tool to ensure efficient project planning and monitoring, such as managing the revenue and expense budget and project timelines.

The implementation partner was ITLand, which proposed the implementation of the project based on a typical software product.

The implementation project started in September 2018 and was carried out by ITLand specialists in several stages:

• Simulation and design of users in the system.
• User training.
• Preparing the database for startup.
• Development of user instructions.
• Test operation: consulting of system users.

Since April 22, 2019, the Customer has transferred the automated system "1C:PM Project Management. Module for 1C:ERP "for commercial operation.

Key project results:

• The implemented system provides centralized and consolidated data accounting for project management.
• The system plans and monitors the execution of project deadlines, plans and controls the project revenue and expenditure budget, and the project cash flow budget.
• The system simulates and provides users with important specific techniques to achieve project management goals.

Within the framework of the project, 25 key users were trained, 15 workplaces were automated.
