Based on the SharePoint platform we perform implementation corporate the intranet portals, workflow systems and the business analysis, HR tools (an automated system of 360° evaluation, setting and assessment are more whole), we perform automation of internal business processes. One of the directions is development and deployment of the websites and portals. Work with clients is conducted in all regions of the Russian Federation. The company has 2 offices in St. Petersburg and Moscow.

The company locates all necessary technical and administrative resources for project implementation of any degree of complexity and provides all list of necessary works, including: consulting, formation of techniques and regulations, development and adaptation of the software according to requirements, development of documentation, personnel training, maintenance, etc.

History

• ITTILAN since 2006 provides services in information technology fields, personnel managements and management consulting. Main activities of the company: formation of workflow systems, knowledge managements and information based on portal technologies, personnel management systems, and also ensuring solving of tasks of versatile data integration, formation of the systems of business information analysis.
• Since 2008 ITTILAN is a Golden Certified partner of Microsoft company.
• Since 2009 ITTILANU is given the status of the partner of the Nintex company performing delivery of software of Nintex Workflow intended for business process automation and document flow based on the SharePoint platform.
• In September, 2012 the shareholders of Ittilan company and PMCS company (the company specializes in implementing solutions on project management based on Microsoft Project) famous for such products as "Ittilan KnowDocs 2.0" and "Turbo Project" objedit the resources and created Cloud Practice group. The Cloud Practice group will include about 100 experts and will have the largest informational portals and the leading industry solutions.

Ittilan and PMCS companies by integration of the resources, propose the complete solutions of new level integrating solutions on electronic document management, personnel management and the resource and budget systems with scheduling. The new generation of the products Ittilan and PMCS is already adapted for use together with cloud computing of Microsoft therefore the Cloud Practice group will be actually only company in Russia of the delivery of the ready-made industry solutions working as in a private, and public cloud of Microsoft which already have the corresponding experience.

Cloud Practice presents the broadest set of reference industry solutions on document flow, personnel management and project management in the market of Russia. Resources of the united company will allow to increase the investment volume into ready-made industry solutions and to release upgraded versions of products along with a release of the second version of a cloud platform of Microsoft Office 365 at the beginning of 2013. "Cloud Practice" also created from the experts the center of industry competence for the purpose of development of methodology of standard industry implementations. At the moment Cloud Practice delivers industry solutions for the construction, industrial and project companies. In the near future Ittilan and PMCS companies will be re-structured, there will be new product companies which are engaged only in production of software products which implementation will be performed by experts of Cloud Practice company and also through a partner network. Clients will receive the choice: implement industry solutions using specialists of Cloud Practice or forces of her partners.
