2023: Implementation of the electronic archive "Etla"

The branch of Kolymaenergo - Kolymskaya HPP named after Yu. I. - uses the electronic archive "Etla" in its work. Its implementation in the company is the first stage of the transition to electronic document management. This was announced by Atlas Soft on March 10, 2023.

Kolymaenergo PJSC is a large electricity producer in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and is responsible for the energy supply of almost the entire territory of the Magadan region and part of the Oymyakon region. As part of the joint-stock company for March 2023, two generating enterprises: Kolymskaya HPP named after Frishter Yu. I. and Ust-Srednekanskaya HPP named after Dyakov A.F.

As in any large company, a large amount of documentation is formed in the work of Kolymaenergo - engineering, personnel, financial and accounting. The current legislation requires that, after execution, documents be kept in the archive within the established deadlines.

As digital technologies evolve, more documents are processed and used electronically. Accordingly, in any organization, sooner or later the task of their orderly storage arises. The electronic archive solves it.

In Kolymaenergo, the need to purchase software for an electronic archive appeared in a similar way. For the reorganization of the archival business, a product from Etlas-Soft was chosen.

For the needs of the branch "Kolyma HPP named after Frister Yu. I." a license for the electronic archive "Etla" version 6.6 and a subscription for basic technical support for 1 year was purchased.

Kolymaenergo specialists completed the installation and deployment of the electronic archive on their own. After minimal initial configuration, documents began to arrive in the electronic archive. Work on filling the archive for March 2023 continues.
