2023: Solution Presentation

On March 13, 2023, ITSumma introduced ITS Vacation, a vacation management solution for small and medium-sized businesses.

Its main capabilities are:

• planning of vacations for any calendar period - from a month to several years;
• simple and transparent system of approval of applications;
• visibility of schedules for each department, which helps to avoid intersection of specialists within departments.

Initially, we created this product for internal use, and it turned out to be so convenient that we decided to bring it to market. It helps to significantly save the working time HR specialists, since all approvals take place within the system - that is, neither the employee who issued the application, nor the HR specialist needs to "walk with his feet" on the coordinating managers. At the same time, any employee can see both the planned vacations and the current ones in order to know which colleagues will not be at work in the next 14 days, "said Anton Baranov, director of business development at ITSumma.

The company also emphasizes that ITS Vacation can be combined with an electronic document management system. In this case, the need for paper statements will disappear completely. This is especially true for companies with branches in various cities/regions/countries or for businesses using a remote work scheme.
