The KORUS Consulting Group of Companies reported on March 14, 2023 that they added functions to the Petrovich STD intranet to increase the involvement and awareness of employees, as well as book jobs and quickly find out about the company's vacancies.

KORUS Group Consulting expanded the functionality of the corporate portal STD Petrovich by adding tools. In 2019, KORUS Consulting introduced a portal based on 1C-Bitriks24"" for the company, since the intranet that existed before did not fully solve the current problems of a large and dynamically developing one. construction retailer

One of the modules allows you to publish a post from the "live feed" of the portal (news page of the corporate portal) to the Telegram channel. To do this, you need to specify the desired tag, and the post will automatically appear in Telegram. You can add multiple tags for different channels at once. The Telegram post will save the added pictures, documents, markup and fonts. It became possible to quickly inform all employees, including those who work without constant access to the PC.

Employees of STD "Petrovich" have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the vacancies that have appeared inside the portal, respond and even recommend a friend. When responding, the "About the Employee" card is filled out automatically, and in case of recommendation, it is possible to attach the applicant's resume. The job manager will immediately receive notifications about the response or offer, which are collected on the Statistics page. The module allows you not to miss the opportunity to try yourself in another role without using third-party services.

Also, workers can now book a workplace for themselves or their colleague in advance. Your personal booking history is saved and viewable. For managers and administrators, the "Booking Log" and "Office Attendance Report" are available. This module is especially in demand by employees working remotely or in a hybrid format.

KORUS Consulting specialists have implemented the Novosti module, which allows you to quickly and conveniently form a news feed based on the designer: ready-made blocks can be easily added to a publication with photo and video content. It is possible to highlight the most important thing - a news block designed for 3-5 materials has been added to the main page.

A module has appeared on the portal that allows you to notify about messages without resorting to numerous mailings. In the report for managers, Information is available about users who have not read the specific message.

STD Petrovich continues to expand the functionality of the portal using KORUS Consulting, in the near future - updating the main page.

2019: Creation of a corporate portal based on 1C-Bitrix24

On February 20, 2019, KORUS Consulting announced the completion of a project to create a unified information space for employees of STD Petrovich. The solution was created on the basis of "1C-Bitrix24."

Due to the rapid growth of the company, the existing corporate portal did not solve the current problems of the company in increasing the speed of communication between employees, did not allow maintaining the necessary amount of information, could not quickly respond to employee requests and did not support interactive services.

Therefore, the management of STD Petrovich decided to choose a modern technological platform that could not only provide all employees with the necessary information in a convenient form, but also serve as a kind of internal social network and have built-in tools for collaboration. Thus, the intranet portal was supposed to become the main point of attraction of employees in the online space, broadcast to them the mission and values ​ ​ of the company. The solution on the 1C-Bitrix24 platform, which has a large set of modules and the required performance, most accurately met the stated requirements.

KORUS Consulting was invited to implement the project. As part of the project, the integrator's team carefully worked out a block of functionality related to the collective work and communication of employees. An instant messaging system is set up through the enterprise portal, providing personal communication with colleagues and discussions in communities of interest. The portal's news module helps not only display information in the usual format of social networks for many, but also provides additional communication channels: comments, likes and notifications about important events.

The created corporate portal allows managers to set tasks and monitor their implementation, organize meetings, initiate discussions and summarize projects.

KORUS Consulting specialists integrated the intranet portal with the 1S:ZUP system and Active Directory storage, which made it possible to synchronize the list of users and the structure of the company. In addition, improvements in branding were carried out, and the screen forms of the portal are given in accordance with the corporate style of the company.
