RAMAX Group specialists have completed a project to develop a mobile application for customers, partners and employees of Rusagrotrans, a railway operator for the transportation of agro-industrial bulk goods in hopper cars. The application allows you to monitor and ensure high-quality and complete informing of customers about the current processes of cargo transportation. Ramax Group announced this on March 16, 2023.

The mobile application "Rusagrotrans" was created to improve the quality of service and increase awareness of customers of the company's services, partners in the logistics chain, specialists and management of the company.

The digital platform informs customers about the status of cargo transportation services, including notification of deviations in transport and logistics chains. Customization of the main screen of the mobile application is available by adding and managing a set of widgets. A number of additional digital services have been implemented that increase the efficiency of information interaction in the process of freight transportation, such as a tariff calculator, work with applications, the ability to reject cars, access to business information, etc.

The development was carried out in the cross-platform Flutter environment in the Dart programming language. A unified mobile application access interface to heterogeneous data sources is implemented on KrakenD using both standard capabilities and customized processing through plugins on Golang. System monitoring is based on InfluxDB, Prometheus and Grafana.

The application is intended for the B2B segment and is available for download in the AppStore and GooglePlay. As of March 2023, it is used by more than a hundred companies - customers and partners of Rusagrotrans.
