History
2023: Change in the organizational and legal form of Rusagrotrans
According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Rusagrotrans JSC was liquidated on March 15, 2023. The activity of the legal entity was terminated by reorganization in the form of transformation. The successor was Rusagrotrans LLC.
2021: Change of ownership
From August 13, 2021, Rusagrotrans became part of Demeter-Holding[1]
According to RusTransCom "First Freight Company" the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, on February 5, 2021, LLC and OJSC left the founders of Rusagrotrans JSC.
2012: Withdrawal of the "First Cargo Company" from the founders of Rusagrotrans
The transaction for the purchase of 45.7% of the shares of Rusagrotrans CJSC from the First Freight Company (PGK OJSC) was closed, as expected, in 2012. Its amount amounted to 4.16 billion rubles.
2010: In the mobile fleet "Rusagrotrans" - 18,000 cars
As of May 2010, Rusagrotrans CJSC is an infrastructure operator in the field of railway transportation of grain cargo. The company has 18,000 cars in its mobile fleet, including 8272 of its own and about 10,000 leased from Russian Railways.
The founders of Rusagrotrans CJSC - OJSC First Freight Company and LLC Russian Transport Company are recognized experts in the field of railway freight transportation with serious experience in the transport services market.
Rusagrotrans CJSC is gradually implementing an investment program approved by Russian Railways to create an effective transport infrastructure, including the construction and modernization of linear elevators, expanding the cargo base for grain transportation by rail, and introducing modern transportation technologies.
