SberKorus completes implementation of counterparty verification service in Elevel

  The digital platform for companies and individuals SberKorus has completed implementation in the Counterparty Verification Service (SEC) the Russian electrotechnical company. Elevel Now the company automatically receives information about the reliability of each counterparty before entering into a transaction or shipment product. SPK is directly integrated into the main accounting system of 1C-Trade Management, which gives 100% automation of verification of all counterparties. Automation of the audit helped the company significantly reduce labor costs on the part of the legal department, since after the introduction of the SEC, lawyers conduct a "manual" check only in the event of a response from the system about the unreliability of a particular buyer.

  As a result of the introduction of SEC in Elevel, the average time for checking counterparties decreased by 80% and the number of applications for checking counterparties with lawyers decreased several times.    An important function for the company was the "traffic light," showing the degree of reliability of the counterparty - visual display of risks within the service.   "Traffic light" shows the reliability of the address and data of the USR, the life of the company, being in the status of liquidation, the reputation of managers, financial data, arbitration cases, bankruptcies, government contracts, etc. "Traffic light" is displayed in the counterparty's card when creating each account and payment order. Thanks to this function, Elevel can use a ready-made counterparty valuation tool and not develop its own valuation system. 

  The introduction of the service took a little more than one month with the participation of the company of one developer 1C and the head of the legal department. In March 2023, the service is used, among other things, by department employees sales to reduce the time to wait for an answer about blocking or allowing the shipment of products to a counterparty.  

The counterparty verification service from SberKorus significantly reduced labor costs, which means that it freed up time for more important tasks. From time to time (once every few months), as a result of inspections, unreliable counterparties are identified, which the company refuses to cooperate with. The reasons are different - the presence in the registers of unscrupulous suppliers, disqualified persons. It can be concluded that due to refusal to cooperate with unreliable counterparties, financial losses were excluded, told the head of the information department of Elevel Boris Nuryaev.
