On September 25, 2020, it was announced that Korus Consulting CIS was renamed. The new name of the Russian operator of electronic document management and the supplier of Solutions SaaS for business is "Sberbank."

Inclusion in the list of backbone organizations of Russia

On February 19, 2020, Korus Consulting CIS announced the results of its work in 2019.

In 2019, the company increased its profit to 335 million rubles (by 81% compared to 2018) and revenue to 1.95 billion rubles. The total amount of supplies through KORUS services exceeded 4 trillion rubles.

The Company completed 2019 as Sberbank's main vendor for IT development of the Bank's automated systems, both by the number of projects implemented and by the total amount of contracts.

In 2019, KORUS continued to transfer Sberbank Group's business processes to electronic document management. In 2019, the traffic of electronic documents between the bank and its counterparties increased by 33% and exceeded the mark of 15 million documents. The share of electronic universal transfer documents (EUPD) amounted to 97% of the total number of APDs that Sberbank sent to its customers. Processes have been transferred to EDO: document flow on operations on the stock market, business processes on engineering companies and the exchange of documents between Sberbank PJSC and its suppliers on internal business transactions.

KORUS expands the scope of EDO in the field of lending, providing electronic circulation of 100% of credit monitoring documents and developing technological infrastructure at all stages of concluding a credit transaction. 83% of credit and security documents (RCD) in the segment of large and medium-sized businesses are signed for February 2020 in electronic form. For loans of the small and micro-business segment (MMB), electronic signing of the Code and consents to the processing of personal data was implemented, while 90% of electronic signatures for MMB clients are issued by the KORUS Certification Center within 2-3 minutes. Also in 2019, KORUS was responsible for the implementation of a whole cluster of projects ("Credit Factory UL," "Collegial Bodies" and AS RCD), which help to automatically form the necessary documentation between the bank and the borrower, as well as AS "Commercial Real Estate Aggregator." As of February 19, 2020, projects are at the stage of implementation and pilot operation.

More and more retail chains and their suppliers deliver through KORUS services (EDI and EDO). KORUS retains its leadership position in the EDI market, being the first company to bring EDI to Russia. 90% of all retail chains in Russia, as well as 6 thousand of their suppliers, trust the scope of automation of supplies to KORUS.

The main expertise of the company - automation of business processes, electronic document management, software development and IT consulting - is used not only by companies of the Sberbank ecosystem, but also by hundreds of thousands of legal entities throughout Russia. 2018: Revenue growth 32.7%

At the end of 2018, the revenue of Korus Consulting CIS increased by 32.7% percent and amounted to 1 billion 507.3 million rubles. Net profit increased by 66% and amounted to 185.2 million rubles.

Korus Consulting CIS continued to develop its business - electronic document management (EDO and EDI) in the B2B and B2G segments. In 2018, the number of electronic documents in supply management chains amounted to more than 245 million.

In 2018, the company focused on product integration, automating new customer business processes with a line of interoperable solutions. Suppliers and manufacturers were offered a set of services for managing sales channels not only with retail chains, but also with logistics companies, small retail, restaurants, distribution and retail outlets of any format. The number of customers operating on the Pro Store distribution management platform increased by more than 7 times in 2018, reaching 860 companies.

A project has begun to bring a master product data management solution to market. The platform for corporate management of the entire infrastructure for issuing and renewing EP certificates for large network clients has been put into commercial operation. Work is underway to prepare for the implementation of ETTN, the updated format of the APD.

In 2018, as part of the transition to mandatory veterinary certification of meat, fish and poultry, Korus Consulting CIS successfully fulfilled all obligations to connect its clients to the Mercury FSIS system. In 2019, the company will continue to develop such projects with dairy suppliers using its product Vet.Connect.

At the same time, the company's activity is developing to integrate EDO services into banking systems and develop services for automating bank business processes. Thanks to Korus Consulting CIS, more than 91% of Sberbank's invoices at the end of 2018 were issued electronically.

An integration solution (SAP Bank and SFERA Courier) was implemented for end-to-end transfer of bank suppliers to electronic document management. The number of bank customers who switched to EDO increased by 69%, the traffic of electronic documents between the bank and its counterparties increased by 50%.

The company continues to increase expertise in the field of lending, develops and accompanies the technological infrastructure at all stages of issuing loans (from the front system to the master data system for all borrowers). The number of credit documents processed by Sberbank in electronic form increased by 183% over the year.

In 2018, Korus Consulting CIS developed 4 products for the digital bank Sberbank Business Online: Document Designer, Electronic Archive, Electronic Signature for Trading and Business Travel Service.

One of the key customers of the company is Sberbank. In 2019, the company plans to increase the volume of developments for Sberbank by 4 times and become the largest vendor in the Corporate Investment Business block.

In 2018, the Korus Consulting CIS certification center increased the issue of electronic signatures by more than 2 times. This became possible, among other things, due to the modernization of software and hardware capacities. The scope of the certificate was expanded, for which the CA was authorized on more than 200 electronic trading platforms and information resources. The geography of obtaining a certificate has been expanded to almost the entire territory of Russia.

2017

Revenue growth of 25%

Korus Consulting CIS, a 100% subsidiary of Sberbank, on April 9, 2018 announced a 25% increase in revenue in 2017 to 1.3 billion rubles. At the same time, net profit growth was 115%.

In 2017, Korus Consulting CIS launched services for clients of the bank, the parent company, as a result of which, compared to 2016, the share of banking projects in the company's revenue in 2017 increased to 19%. Korus Consulting CIS plans to offer tested banking and non-banking services to all participants in the financial market.

The introduction of EDI and the development of EDI technology in the traditional market sector for Korus Consulting CIS, retail, in 2017 increased the number of electronic documents passing through the company's servers by 38%. Fiscal Data Operator

On May 19, 2017, the Federal Tax Service issued permission to CORUS Consulting CIS, a member of the Sberbank Group, to process fiscal data.

The KORUS OFD service fully complies with the requirements of the 54-FZ "On the use of cash registers," and also provides additional opportunities to customers. In accordance with the requirements of the 54-FZ, since 01.07.2017, all cash registers must send checks online to the fiscal data operator for further transfer to the Federal Tax Service.

Falling under Ukrainian sanctions

On May 16, 2017, President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, by his decree, enacted the decision of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) on sanctions against Russian companies and their subsidiaries in Ukraine. Being the coordinating body of entrepreneurial activity in the field of development, production, maintenance and use of cash registers (KKT), the non-profit organization RAPKaT conducts an examination and issues an expert opinion confirming the compliance of the technical means of the OFD with the current legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of application of KKT. According to Korus Consulting CIS, in 2014 the company's strategy for priority connection to its services of large and medium-sized businesses showed its effectiveness. The operator began to provide EDI and legally significant electronic document management services for 70 new large retail chains. According to the estimates of the research agency J'son & Partners Consulting, in the electronic document management market, it is large customers who generate more than 80% of the total traffic of electronic documents. This state of affairs will continue in 2015, with the exception of the reporting segment to government agencies, where the traffic of the EDO operator, for the most part, depends only on the number of customers.

As noted in Korus Consulting CIS, in 2014 the electronic document management market grew unevenly in various sectors of the economy, with a clear leadership of retail. In industries such as large industry and FSUEs, where enterprises have large accounting staff, and the speed of processing documents slightly affects the production and financial performance of the enterprise, there is also a weaker interest in the introduction of electronic document management. For these organizations, almost the only incentive for EDO is the active role of the Federal Tax Service in transferring Russian legal entities to reporting in electronic form, including purchase and sales books, as well as further work on translating most of the documents necessary for business into electronic format.

The Company registered an accelerated increase in the number of projects related to the integration of external electronic document management services with corporate accounting systems of enterprises - 2 times compared to the overall growth dynamics of the number of clients. In total, in 2014, Korus Consulting CIS specialists completed more than 600 custom integration projects, not counting typical integration services using software adapters to 1C and other accounting systems. "This suggests that an increasing number of EDI/EDO users are realizing the benefits of exchanging documents sent directly from accounting systems," the company said.

As for the segments of legally significant EDO and reporting to government agencies, 2014 was important for these areas as the year of the start of the campaign to seize a more significant market share than the company occupied in previous years. Thus, the volume of EDO traffic through Korus Consulting CIS increased by 6 times compared to 2013, and the number of clients of this segment - by 11 times. According to company representatives, these figures are largely related to the "low base effect" of 2013.

It is possible to transfer mandatory reporting to the Federal Tax Service through Korus Consulting CIS in all regions of the country without exception

On July 31, 2014, the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation and Korus Consulting CIS signed agreement No. 7 "On joint actions to ensure the functioning of the electronic document management system through telecommunication channels." This was reported to CNews by Korus Consulting.

The agreement provides for the right of direct interaction between Korus Consulting CIS and the Departments of the Federal Tax Service (UFNS) throughout the country and with interregional inspections of the Federal Tax Service, including for the largest taxpayers and the Crimean Federal District. Thus, it is now possible to transfer mandatory reporting to the Federal Tax Service through Korus Consulting CIS in all regions of the country without exception, the company said.

2012

In May 2012, it became known that Sberbank became a co-owner of Korus Consulting CIS, according to the bank's documents. According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Sberbank owns 90% of the company's authorized capital. The remaining 10% is owned by its general director Leonid Yakubovsky[1].

Earlier (as of March 2012), Korus Consulting CIS was 65% owned by the Cypriot company Dorinetko Limited, 20% by Leonid Yakubovsky, 15% by Alexander Semenov, General Director of the Korus Consulting group.

A source close to Sberbank said that the acquired company will be integrated into the direction of working with corporate clients.

2005

On November 3, 2005, the KORUS Consulting CIS brand was registered as a separate legal entity under the idea that electronic document management will eventually cover the entire combined market of the CIS states.

2004

At the turn of 2004 and 2005, the Board of Directors of the parent company KORUS Consulting assessed the high potential of EDI technology in the network retail market, becoming a pioneer in the use of EDI in Russia.
