2024: Introduction of Identity Templates for Universal Transfer Document Format 5.02
SberKorus introduced identity templates for the Universal Transfer Documents (UPD) 5.02 format into the SPHERE Courier service, completing the update of the web version. The developer announced this on September 16, 2024.
Updates in the service for the exchange of legally significant documents SPHERE Courier are available from April 2024 in the web version of the service and according to the API. Users can work with old and new format transfer documents.
As of September 2024, the service has updated the functionality for the details templates "Signed" and "Product accepted." Saved identity templates for PDA 5.02 documents are displayed on the "Identity Templates" tab in the user card and are available for editing if they have the appropriate privileges. The behavior of the form has also changed - the set of fields for filling in a particular identity template is now disclosed after selecting the document type and version of the PDA format.
Since February 2024, new formats of UPD and invoices approved by the order of the Federal Tax Service of Russia have been in effect in Russia. The old format remains valid until April 1, 2025. From this date, all taxpayers are required to use only the version 5.02 format. To switch to this PDA format, it is necessary to prepare information systems used in the company for sending and receiving PDA. Sphere Courier 21.0
Korus Consulting CIS, a 100% subsidiary of Sberbank, launched in September 2015 a version of the Sphere Courier 21.0 service for the exchange of legally significant electronic documents (EDO). Version 21.0 implements the functionality of centralized document management of companies with a branch structure.
The Sphere Courier 21.0 functionality is also available in a similar E-invoicing EDO service, which is provided directly on the Sberbank Business Online portal for organizations that are clients of Sberbank. Sphere Courier and E-invoicing services are complete analogues, and the developer of both services is Korus Consulting CIS. The difference consists in the target groups of customers served either by Sberbank (E-invoicing) or other banks (Sphere Courier), the company explained.
With the introduction of Sphere Courier 21.0, it became possible to centrally administer the access rights of central office employees to branch office documents. A particularly popular functionality will be end-to-end access to documents of the entire branch structure for such persons as the chief accountant and general director, according to Korus Consulting CIS. To review and sign documents, these officials no longer need to re-log in when moving from the documents of one branch to the documents of another. All store structure documents are available in a single window interface.
