2023: Implementation of the electronic archive "Etla"

JSC AIKB Yenisei United Bank"" (g.) Krasnoyarsk Uses in its work, with and electronic archive "Etla" integrated financial accounting programs into a single information space. The company Atlas Soft announced this on March 17, 2023.

The work of any bank is almost entirely based on information technology. If the bank works with individuals and has an extensive network of branches, it is critical to establish a fast and reliable document flow for its effective operation. It is significant that it is impossible to stop the work of the bank and customer service for restructuring processes.

The management of the Yenisei United Bank approached the optimization of workflow and document management, taking into account all these circumstances. At the first stage, it was decided to optimize archival business and implement an electronic archive.

To solve the problem, the software of the Russian developer Etlas-Soft was chosen, since it has the necessary functionality:

  • due to data protection and tiered access control, the electronic archive "Etla" ensures the safe storage of confidential financial documents and personal data of bank customers;
  • the possibility of remote access to the electronic archive allows creating a single repository of documents and other financial information for all branches of the bank;
  • electronic archive "Etla" easily integrates with programs and information systems already used in the bank;
  • the archive supports work with any type of files, including scans of paper originals;
  • Automatic backups ensure system uptime.

To ensure the legal significance of the document flow, the basic version of the electronic archive was expanded by a module that provides work with a qualified electronic digital signature.

The deployment and integration of electronic archive software was carried out by the bank's IT specialists. During initial setup:

  • user groups are formed and access rights are distributed;
  • Document cards, automatic numbering rules, and document storage structure have been created

Bank employees were instructed to work with the electronic archive and its capabilities. The transition to work with these software did not affect the current operating activities of the bank.
