The government of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area starts the portal of public services on the basis of WebSphere.

The portal allows executive bodies of the government of YaNAO to receive applications for public services in electronic form and also to provide information from registers of the public housing stock and state property of YaNAO in electronic form, and to citizens to obtain information on course of execution of the stated electronic service.

The project is implemented within the actions of the district target program "Administrative Reform of YaNAO" by forces of the business partner of IBM, KSK company.

Not only relevance - availability

"Tasks of the new version of the portal – not only to provide residents of the district with up-to-date information, but also to make available interactive services, to give an opportunity to receive service in electronic form - Alexander Voronov, the director of the department of information technologies and communications of YaNAO noted. – We are not able to afford to enter constantly the same data into the different systems, to maintain a large number of information resources. Therefore the portal is integrated with a number of information resources – the register of state property, with an electronic document management system and office-works (a subsystem of the Portal "Reference Books", "Legislation", "Internet Reception", "Personal account"), with the address register, with an information system of "One window" (AIS MFC). The platform allows to add new services (for example, Briefings), to provide interaction with the different systems. Now residents of the district can submit in electronic form applications for receiving several services, trace a status of the requests in Personal account'.

Sheaf

One of the key systems with which interact the portal - the electronic document management system of the Government of YaNAO constructed by means of software solutions of Lotus. At a stage of test operation the portal showed good scaling options.
