The Transservis starts implementation of Corporate finances

INTALEV Group begins the project of control automation with finance of Transservis Group.

To bases

Expansion of a field of activity, growth of amounts of works, quantities of objects and agreements became the reasons of the beginning of the project of upgrade in the company. There was a need of automation of a management system for finance, increase in efficiency of management accounting and reporting, optimization of internal business processes.

In development

Within the project setting and automation of an end-to-end system of management of finance, including budget planning, management accounting and the payment schedule and also organizational engineering and business process automation and document flow will be performed.

Now the organization structure of the company is developed, the functionality of all its services and divisions is described.

Products and terms

In the project products on the 1C Platform are used: "INTALEV: Corporate finances" and "INTALEV: Corporate documents and processes".
