2022: Implementation of the industry solution "1C: Meat processing MES. Module for 1C:ERP "

The introduction of the industry solution 1C helped the Bakht meat processing plant to increase the volume of products shipped, minimize delays and more precisely control the recipe. This was announced on March 20, 2023 by the First Bit company.

Before turning to IT-to the integrator "First Bit" production accounting at the enterprise was kept in. Over the Excel years, it became obvious that such a scheme of work had weaknesses: for example, it was difficult to keep records of the movement of material values and monitor the remains of perishable. goods The management of the plant did not know which software would be able to cover their needs, so first the specialists of First Bit analyzed the existing business processes and identified "problem areas." Based on the resulting list of problems, they selected a suitable product - "1C: Meat processing MES. Module for 1C: ERP. "

A total of 105 jobs were automated.Additional improvements were required to implement part of the critical MES requirements. For example, with the help of modifications, MES operational accounting was synchronized with operational ERP accounting.

Thanks to the improvements, it turned out to be implemented:

  • Operational accounting of balances in ERP and MES systems in real time
  • accounting in the context of two organizations;
  • Storage location mapping mechanism when working out the production plan at MES level
  • accounting of labor costs by the way and in kilograms at the areas of manufacture and assembly;
  • Synchronize MES production accounting with operational ERP accounting to generate raw material cost at any time.

The warehouse schemes in MES and ERP were made different - many workshop storerooms were separately taken into account in MES, and warehouses were enlarged in ERP so that it was more convenient to set up support schemes. In order to be able to plan and manage orders correctly, the ERP transfers actual data on the products produced and the materials used when each stage of production is closed.

The company thanks for productive cooperation,

First Bit employees helped the company optimize many specific processes. For example:

  • when discussing the business processes of product movement, a "narrow neck" was revealed at the outlet of the finished product and it was decided to complete part of the warehouse, and transfer a separate room to the finished product warehouse, where gravity racks were installed, and all logistics were worked out;
  • acceptance of spices marking from the supplier, distribution and further accounting for packages with traceability to the parent container;
  • checking the recipe when assembling meat and spice sets;
  • control of the time that semi-finished products spend in different production areas;
  • management of salting and heat treatment.

Now the meat processing plant ships more products, more precisely and faster collects specific orders. Management receives data on the progress of production, the development of specific employees, the movement of material assets and available balances - all in real time.
