2023: Implementation of VK HR Tek

Employees of the Askona group of companies were able to exchange and sign personnel documents online. To do this, Askona, together with the internal business partner of CES Ascona Life Group (SSC), has introduced the HR document management system (EDC) VK HR Tek. This was announced on March 23, 2023 by VK (formerly Mail.ru Group).

CED will optimize human resources processes and simplify document flow between Askona divisions in 82 regions of Russia. In total, they have more than 8,000 employees as of March 2023, of which half are outside the central office. For March 2023, the VK HR Tek service is available to some employees and will gradually be scaled up to the entire company.

Operations of signing additional agreements and job descriptions, issuing vacations, filing applications (for dismissal, changing bank details, registration addresses, etc.) and many others have been translated into digital. In the future, the company plans to expand the functionality of the platform.

When we decided to switch to KEDO, we formulated the requirements for the provider. The functionality and speed of the system were important for us. We also paid attention to the quality of the services provided. We found all this in the VK HR Tek solution. We are very positive about the first results, and in the near future we plan to expand the functionality of the platform.
