2023: Moving to Directum HR Pro

ESTEL switched to personnel electronic document management from Directum, which announced this on March 23, 2023.

Thanks to the Directum HR Pro system, 1200 employees of the Russian cosmetics manufacturer exchange personnel documents with the employer through mobile devices, and the company itself saves 7200 man-hours a year.

ESTEL employees are used by Directum HR Pro: personnel specialists - a web client, ordinary employees - personal accounts on mobile devices. With the help of the system, the company works with applications and orders for vacations, orders for business trips, with local regulatory documentation, including documents regulating work on labor protection, as well as with various kinds of notifications (for example, on vaccination).

HR specialists no longer need to print out paper copies, and employees no longer need to come to the personnel service or to the manager to sign documents - everything happens in the system. Through the personal account interface in a mobile phone, employees can send applications for vacation or time off, receive documents for acquaintance and sign them using an electronic signature.

Personnel processes are automated in accordance with the company's regulations: the system sets up routes for coordinating and signing documents, thus, participants receive tasks for working with documents in a certain sequence. As a result of the project, ESTEL excludes most stages of manual work of specialists, and HR processes are 6 times faster.
