Novikombank has implemented an IT solution that will speed up the opening of an account for legal entities. This became possible thanks to the Dynamika component. Opening an account for the digital ecosystem of the Dynamics company, which announced this on March 23, 2023.

"Dynamika Account Opening" consists of two elements - a personal account and an application for opening an account. First, the client in his personal account submits an application, attaching all the necessary documents. Most of the information is automatically loaded from open sources. Thanks to this, the representative of the organization takes much less time to fill out the questionnaire, and the bank does not spend the resource on checking and correcting errors of "manual" entry. The application is then reviewed and the financial institution decides to open an account.
Thus, due to the introduction of the Dynamics ecosystem component, Novikombank received an additional channel of interaction with the client. This tool introduces the user to the product or service of the organization, excluding the need for a personal visit of the client to the bank branch.
