2022: Implementation of Appius-PLM Design and Estimate Management

At the end of 2022, NGP Severo-Karasevskoye LLC completed the implementation and configuration of the Appius-PLM Design and Estimate Documentation Management technical document management system. This was announced on March 27, 2023 by Appius.

Since 2007, NGP Severo-Karasevskoye LLC has been engaged in geological exploration, geophysical and geochemical work in the field of subsoil exploration and reproduction of the mineral resource base.

The Appius-PLM software package has been implemented by the company in order to reduce the processing time and agree on technical documentation for design and survey work at all stages of design and design documentation in electronic format, as well as to increase the efficiency of obtaining the necessary information in full and increase the transparency of all business processes.

With the help of the system, the company plans to solve urgent problems:

• increase the performance of DTD review and approval processes;
• improve the quality of the received DTD and promptly monitor all changes;
• create a single electronic archive of design, technical and operational documentation with tracking of document versions;
• provide an optimized search for information on projects;
