With a properly organized archival business, it is small, but when it comes to hundreds of thousands of documents, the total time costs become significant - the remuneration of specialists employed in this work increases costs.

Information technologies simplify the task of archiving accounting documents, make working with them more convenient and at the same time optimize costs. This is the solution based on software from Etlas Software that was implemented by Castorama:

• The company's servers are equipped with the electronic archive software "Etla" version 6.6, supplemented with the module "Web Access";
• paper originals of documents were transferred for storage to a specialized company providing archive storage services - it is cheaper than to maintain your own warehouse;
• electronic copies of accounting documents were uploaded to an electronic archive, with the location of the original in the warehouse indicated for each;
• for the current work, the company's staff uses electronic documents stored in an electronic archive, access to which is carried out remotely via the Internet.

The deployment of the system was carried out by the specialists of the partner's company. Thanks to a simple, intuitive interface, accounting employees had no problems mastering the program.
