Implementation of HRM from SAP conducts TNK-Uvat to standards of corporation

Child TNK-BP companies - TNK-Uvat LLC started operation of a personnel management system from SAP. The project was implemented by I-Teco company integrator. The platform is SAP.

Preproject

Works on system implementation were begun in September, 2009.

Feature

In implementation process there was a need of carrying out the additional analysis of the reporting of the enterprise with the subsequent description of the characteristics which are not considered by a corporate prototype, scoping of necessary completions and development of the concept of migration of the historical data which are saved up by the enterprise.

The task was added by amounts of works on setup of integration SAP ERP of HCM with a financial system and also support of functionality on data transmission in it for a month.

Objectives

Step-by-step implementation of the corporate standard will give the company on the new level of personnel management. Observance of corporate requirements for personnel management processes will significantly become simpler.

The company implements an opportunity to work in a uniform information field with the head company, their business personnel management processes are conducted according to the uniform standard, degree of transparency of the reporting significantly raises.
