The solution ETWeb Enterprise™ developed by the German company ExecuTRACK Software is positioned as a system for control automation by a human capital and the analysis of HR of data. It exists in the market since 1983. Today a system contains more than one thousand installations. According to developers, it is used by 50% of the companies from Europe Top 100 and 35 of % of the companies from Fortune Top 500. According to analysts of Gartner Research (MarketScope for Employee PerformanceManagement Software, 2007) the ETWeb Enterprise™ system is the strong solution taking the leading positions in the market of HRM systems.
ETWeb Enterprise™ automates and optimizes the main areas of work with personnel - performance management, capabilities and skills management, training management and development, career planning and the systems of succession, compensation payments and privileges. According to vendor, at the expense of the organization of global base HR of data, ETWeb Enterprise™ increases controllability and transparency of the company.
In July, 2006 the software product was localized for use in Russia. Russian became the eighteenth operational language of a system. In total ETWeb is translated into 23 languages that, on a row with the Web interface, allows to use it to many clients as global territorially independent personnel management system. In December, 2006 the developer company of ExecuTRACK Software was purchased by StepStone company. Therefore since 2007 the solution ETWeb Enterprise™ moves ahead on behalf of StepStone company. In January, 2008 new version 10.4 ETWeb of Enterprise™ is released. In March of the same year localization of the new version for Russian-speaking users of ETWeb is finished.
At the end of 2009 the Axel Springer publishing house purchased StepStone ASA (the software and online divisions), and soon after HgCapital undertook the software of StepStone Solutions Division. In May, 2011 StepStone Solutions was renamed into Lumesse.
