On April 4, 2023, Kontur announced that it had set up an electronic document flow for the Russian division of Merz Therapeutics. The processing time of documents has been halved. Sales to drug distributors are now faster, increasing their availability to end users.

Merz Therapeuticsm has set a goal to optimize document flow in order to speed up the registration of drug acceptance, as well as reduce the number of manual operations and simplify work with the archive. This was achieved through the transition to electronic documents. The company connected 80% of buyers to electronic document management (EDO).

Searching for documents in the archive and preparing answers when requests from regulatory organizations are received have become 30% faster.
