2023: Completion of the first stage of scaling the corporate information system of the ISA

On April 7, 2023, the Akron Group announced that at its site in Verkhnekamsk Potash Company JSC in the Perm Territory it had implemented the first stage of a project to scale up the ISA corporate information system, which ensures the management of the enterprise's economic activities.

The project for the implementation of ISA at VKK JSC will be implemented from 2021.

The main goal of the implementation is to optimize the processes of budgeting financial and flow management, a uniform approach to management accounting and presentation, information increase the efficiency and transparency of procurement procedures, and improve the procedures for agreeing and storing contracts.

The enterprise has already deployed an ERP ISA system, modernized network server and equipment, optimized current and built new ones, business processes implemented an integration solution between ISA systems and, 1C configured export from data ISA to trade the Akron electronic platform.

Since the start of the project in JSC VKK, the company's specialists have put into commercial operation the modules "Contracts," "Finance," "Budgeting," "Procurement Requests," "ETP." This made it possible to expand the analytical boards of the Akron Group to monitor the key activities of all major enterprises online.

The introduction of ISA at VKK JSC is the next stage in the transfer of the financial and economic blocks of Akron Group to a single corporate system. In ISA JSC "VKK" received the ready-made functionality of the treasury and budgeting of the full cycle. According to the results of testing within nine months of the corporate system of ISA in JSC VKK, we note an increase in the quality of planning the need for materials and funds, simplification of control over financial flows and budget execution, a reduction in the timing of agreement agreement, and a reduction in costs during procurement procedures.
