"First Bit" transferred the cable plant "Uglichkabel" from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to 1C:ERP

The Uglichkabel plant automated work using Microsoft Dynamics Navision, but for security reasons decided to switch to the domestic 1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2.0 system. This was announced on April 13, 2023 by the company First Bit.

The implementation ensured traceability of goods, reduced labor costs for the preparation of reports, accelerated the receipt of operational information and laid the foundation for the further development IT of the contour.

When Microsoft Dynamics NAV was responsible for operational, management and regulated accounting, IT-Enterprise was responsible for production management. Initially, they also wanted to replace it with a domestic analogue. During the project, the program was bought by a Russian company, so the implementation team decided not to take away the usual tool from the company's employees.

IT-Enterprise has integrated with 1C:ERP by consolidating data and eliminating double accounting. At the same time, it was possible to improve the accounting of transactions under the subcontracting scheme, speed up processes and increase the accuracy of production data.

Data on the vedomosti and, to salaries as before, are calculated in the 1C: Salary and Human Resources program "," but now they automatically fall into the 1C:ERP. This information had to be transferred manually to the system from Microsoft.

Import substitution ERP made it possible to transform warehouse accounting in the enterprise. We ensured the traceability of goods and values, carried out an analysis of the needs for overalls, accounting for storage places, forecasting the work of storekeepers. The selection of batches and raw materials for transfer to the workshop takes much less time thanks to a convenient packing list, modified for the specifics of cable products.

The work with the cost was carried out according to the FIFO method. It allows you to more accurately analyze the cost tree for each batch of goods.

The Uglichkabel plant received a full replacement for Microsoft Dynamics NAV. At the same time, the transition to 1C:ERP ensured the traceability of goods in warehouses, reduced labor costs, improved the treasury, management, production and regulated accounting.
