Archives of Stavropol Territory automate accounting of funds

In the state and municipal archives of Stavropol Krai the automated system "Archive fund 4.0" intended for conducting the state accounting, information support and ensuring safety of archive documents, creation of explanatory notes to archive ^{documents 1} is implemented. The project is implemented with the assistance of Business of IT group.

Premises and requirements

The main objective of the project - implementation of an automated system of conducting the centralized state accounting of archive documents of the state and municipal archives of Stavropol Krai which will provide:

• accounting and explanatory notes at the level of archive fund, the inventory, units of storage/units of account;
• accounting of the movement of documents;
• formation of passports of archive and archive depository;
• report generation;
• information search and topography.

By the time of software implementation "Archive fund 4.0", in the state and municipal archives of Stavropol Krai the previous version of system (3.0) was used.

The main difference in implementation: "Archive fund 4.0" – a client-server system. It provides multi-user access.

Results

The software package "Archive Fund 4.0" was set and configured in the state archives of Stavropol Krai ("SK state archive" and "The state archive of the contemporary history of SK") and also in 25 municipal archives of edge.
