2023: Use of Polymatica Analytics and Polymatica Dashboards in Training

The educational process includes two products developed by Polymatica (Softline Group of Companies) - Polymatica Analytics and Polymatica Dashboards. With the help of them, students pump their skills in the field of data analysis: in particular, they learn to use data mining methods and visualize the obtained indicators in the form of interactive dashboards.

Polymatica Analytics and Polymatica Dashboards are staffed by students in two undergraduate programs: Entrepreneurship and Business Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management. Products are also used on master's programs: "Company Economics" and "International Business."

Polymatica Analytics allows you to work with any dataset in real time. The solution helps Plekhanov PRUE students analyze data using data mining methods such as clustering and finding associative rules. With the help of the dashboard designer, students can then create interactive dashboards to see the results of the analysis in a convenient and visual form.

Previously, one of the SAP products was used in the training process. After the vendor left, we began to look for a replacement among Russian developments. It was important for us that the new analytical solution was user-friendly, as we try to focus on the economic aspect of data analysis.
