Belgorkhimprom uses Directum RX. Directum (Directive) announced this on April 26, 2023.

More than 900 employees of the enterprise work with correspondence, citizens' appeals and contracts in digital format, organize meetings using the tools of the system.

Implementation work was carried out by specialists from Civil Project, a Directum business partner.

As a result of the project:

• Incoming documents are registered 30% faster.
• The speed of preparation of contracts has increased by 3 times: it is easy to create a document from a template and send it for approval along a pre-configured route.
• The organization of meetings has been simplified - the system has automated the formation of an agenda and the distribution of instructions based on the results of business meetings and meetings.
• Citizens' appeals are considered on time in compliance with the requirements of the law, it is easy to track work on them and unload reports.

The implementation team has set up integration Directum RX Interdepartmental electronic document management system state from the Republic authorities (Belarus CMDO) of the new AIS MB format. Also, in Directum RX, you can sign documents electronically digitally signed in accordance with the legislation of the Republic.

I would like to note the integration of Directum solutions with Directum: it was possible to organize a convenient exchange of electronic documents with counterparties with the ability to track the document at each stage of forwarding, noted Deputy Chief Engineer - Head of the Business Process Automation Department at Belgorkhimprom OJSC V.P.
