2023: Moving to "1C:ERP"

The Voronezh office of the international IT integrator First Bit on April 27, 2023 announced that it had transferred the large medical holding Vladmiva from 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management to the current 1C:ERP. The transition made it possible to reduce the time for processing orders, realize the traceability of finished products, increase the efficiency of accounting and automate non-system processes (work in Excel, approval of paper documents, etc.).

The main reason for the transition was the news that from 2026 the 1S:UPP will stop updating. The management of Vladmiva JSC decided not to wait for the end of support and switch to a more up-to-date system.

1S:UPP were afraid to seriously refine so that there were no problems with the submission of regulated reporting. As a result, many tasks had to be solved in other programs or even manually.

Now the sales department has received convenient processing for document management and managers can quickly upload orders without wasting their time on manual operations.

Purchase orders had to be created manually, and this led to a shortage of raw materials and materials. 1C":ERP Enterprise Management" allows you to analyze the timing of supplies of raw materials and materials and, based on these statistics, always keep stocks at a comfortable level. The accounting of balances itself has been improved thanks to the mechanism of movement orders and taking into account production needs.

Automation of the Production block saved Vladmiva from problems with calculating the cost. Traceability by batch of manufactured products facilitated the work of the quality department, which is very important for the medical specifics of the company: it produces equipment, materials and tools for dentists and cosmetologists.

Management accounting and the Treasury were for the most part drawn up and agreed upon manually. There were no expense analysts. Now all these processes are fully automated, a payment calendar, cash flow accounting, contract and application management have appeared.

An unusual task was to set up an exchange with Roszdravnadzor. Initially, the customer did not want to automate this site, the work went through the portal of the government agency. During the project, the company appreciated the advantages of getting rid of non-system methods of work, and they also wanted to simplify work with Roszdravnadzor.

Specialists of the First Bit had to contact the support of the health regulator portal and develop their own solutions for. As a integration result, the transfer of data to the certificate department was fully automated.
