In anticipation of
The complexity of an operation cycle of white, internal papers and support of electronic and paper document management requires continuous improvement of the accounting system. The management of NP ISZS-Proyekt made the decision on automation of process of document flow based on a specialized software of 1C.
Choice and implementation
The standard 1C: Document Flow 8 program was selected.
In short terms a system was built. The functionality of the software product is adapted to specifics of conducting paper and electronic document management of ISZS-Proyekt Non-profit Partnership.
To software 1C: Document Flow 8 it is set without changes - the functionality of a standard configuration appeared enough. Ten jobs are automated.
Reality
Automation of the following activities is carried out:
- the centralized safe document storage,
- online access to documents taking into account user rights,
- registration of the entering and outgoing documents,
- viewing and editing documents,
- control of document revisions,
- work with documents of any types: office documents, texts, images, audio-and video files, documents of the systems of design, archives, applications, etc.,
- full-text search for documents according to their contents,
- collective work of users with a possibility of approval, statement and control of execution of documents,
- the routing of documents configured on each document type separately
- the automated loading of documents from e-mail and from the scanner,
- accounting and control of working time of employees.
The management of NP ISZS-Proyekt considers that EDMS 1C: Document Flow 8 allowed to arrange work with documents, to exclude losses of versions or intersection of fragments at simultaneous operation, to reduce search time of the necessary information and the general time of collective document handling.
