Golder Electronics (1C: Trade Management 8)

The data center "1C-Rarus" executed the project on integration of a budget subsystem of the standard configuration "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" into the information system developed based on "1C: Trade Management 8" for Golder-Electronics company, the supplier of consumer electronics under a brand of Vitek.

Earlier budget automated system in the company existed separately. During the project it was integrated into a common information space. Besides, the subsystem of formation of financial statements according to international standards was added and also tools for more detailed assessment of key indicators were implemented.

Work of financial service was as a result automated. 111 jobs are connected to a budget subsystem, at the same time 14 jobs are provided for work in territorially remote points.

The new integrated system allows to carry out within the master and operating budgets planning on the selected scenarios, to exercise control at execution of budgets (including, and control of a funds expenditure), gives the chance of carrying out the plan-fact analysis, provides formation of the information and analytical data necessary for users (for example, budget update, allocation of costs across the CFD, the periods, articles).

Within a budget subsystem the automated instrument of conducting contract work, with uniform electronic storage of agreements, the audit conforming to requirements of internal regulations and international standards is created. Use of this subsystem allowed to reduce the term of vising of agreements by specialists in the company. The system of export import with different applications (exchange of budget data on 41 CFD and 270 articles) is automated.
