2023: Product Release

As part of a series of HR products based on SAP, HCMMolga Consulting created the product "Interface for Mass Human Resources Events," which representatives of the company reported to TAdviser on May 2, 2023.

According to the developers, the product has a detailed functionality and allows you to make the work on conducting personnel events and forming orders more convenient, reducing labor costs for its implementation.

Among the features of the product:

• mass holding of personnel events
• adaptation of the solution for existing client personnel activities (transfer, leave, dismissal, etc.)
• formation of group orders for personnel
• pre-registration of personnel data with the possibility of their subsequent storage for subsequent adjustments or, for example, for signing (approval) of the order by the manager
• extensive list of checks to reduce the human factor

The listed product options can be expanded and supplemented at the request of the client, for example, new personnel activities SAP HCM in and new print form templates (group and individual orders, additional agreements) have been developed, individual print forms have been adapted, additional checks have been integrated or autonumbering and signing mechanisms have been implemented.

Like all finished products from Molga Consulting, the "Interface for mass management of personnel events" is accompanied by a complete set of documentation and user instructions.
