2023: "Interface for maintenance of working time schedules for employees on the ERW"

As part of a series of finished HR products based on SAP HCMMOLGA Consulting, on April 25, 2023, it introduced the product "Interface for Maintaining Work Schedules for Employees on Summarized Time and Attendance (ERW)."

According to the developers, the main goal of the release of the solution is to increase the convenience and efficiency of recording the working time of employees with an understanding of the specifics of organizations and the requirements of legislation. The use of this product also meets the goals of import substitution and reduces the need for SAP licenses.

The prerequisites for the creation of this product by the MOLGA Consulting team were the problems that you have to deal with when working with a standard solution for maintaining work schedules: inconvenient standard interfaces (transactions PP61, PTMW, PA30), as well as the lack of the ability to schedule work schedules without access to the SAP HCM system, plan the schedule by accounting period and check it for compliance with the clock rate for the accounting period RFS to control the processing.

Created by MOLGA Consulting, the product "Interface for maintaining work schedules for employees at the RFS" is designed to solve these problems and allows customers to:

• Decentralize schedule maintenance: Maintain schedules of HLMS workers without access to SAP HCM, followed by centralized loading or integration, and, accordingly, reduce the need for SAP licenses, allowing these licenses to be used for other processes.
• implement the process of planning the work schedule in a convenient format in spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel): including uploading the schedule for the future accounting period taking into account future absences (for example, planned vacation), loading the schedules into the system with the necessary checks in accordance with the requirements of the law.
• Maintain an actual work schedule that displays absences to avoid loading errors.

In addition to the listed options, which provide ease of use of MOLGA Consulting's "Interface for Maintenance of Working Time Schedules for Employees at EMS," it is also possible to implement additional options for the client's task. Among them - the development of additional checks and reports (for example, the formation of a planned schedule of the established format for familiarization of employees).

The product is accompanied by a complete set of documentation and user instructions. As of April 2023, several MOLGA Consulting clients are already using this solution.
