The Technoserv Consulting company announced in September, 2010 release of the solution TSC Retail for banks designed to integrate all software products used in departments of banks in "single window" and also to provide the most convenient and fast Internet banking.
TSC Retail is the front office application which integrates functionality the front - and middle-office applications of bank. The solution is intended for all employees working with clients and allows to avoid simultaneous use at customer service of several IT systems. Application of the solution TSC Retail is directed to acceleration of processes of customer service, ensuring transparency and control over these processes, cost reduction in service.
Thanks to dense integration of TSC Retail with all accounting systems of bank, in a system all financial transactions are performed: postings, instructions, payments. Storage of all financial data is performed on a centralized basis, regardless of branch. It allows not only to provide most qualitatively services without binding to branch, but also to reduce risk on the performed operations. Due to accurate and smoothly running system operation of check of all financial transactions the risk of emergence of errors in calculations decreases.
TSC Retail allows to be integrated with a set of applications, creating thereby universal structure for centralization of client data.
