The information system was integrated with the laboratory information system (LIS): the sample of the analysis is registered in the BIT. UMC and transmitted to the LIS, and the result of the study is automatically uploaded to the patient's electronic medical record. Also during the project, integration with the external laboratory "KDL" was set up.

To facilitate the transfer of information between all employees inside the medical center, a 1C: Interaction system was built into BIT. It allows you to conduct general employee chats directly in the IIA, add discussions to any document, for example, to feedback from customers. Also, using 1C: Interaction systems, bots were configured to inform the internal IT service about applications.
