Renaissance Insurance on May 15, 2023 announced the launch of work on automation of VHI using the O2 platform from Innoseti.
Thanks to the implemented solution, the insurance company automates interaction with clinics on VHI - now the flow of records is controlled in real time and takes only a few minutes. Moreover, the O2 platform takes into account the wishes of the insured and its program when choosing available slots.
The functionality of the platform allows the operators of the insurer's medical console to quickly and conveniently find clinics and the necessary specialists to receive the insured under VHI, while the patient immediately receives confirmation of the appointment, earlier this process could take up to several hours. Displaying clinics with an available schedule on the map allows you to conveniently orient the insured to the address and choose the most optimal option. If the customer record is canceled or transferred, the operator receives a notification and can immediately make adjustments.
The main quality for the patient is the opportunity to immediately discuss with the operator of the insurance company a convenient place and time of admission, choose a suitable clinic and time.
